Coffee-Stout BBQ Sauce / Our signature sauce is made in the traditional Texas red sauce methods, but with our own California twist: a bold dose of local stout beer and fresh brew from Verve Coffee Roasters for Big Sur flavor.

Tangy n’ Sweet Pineapple Mustard BBQ Sauce / We take your regular Carolina mustard ‘cue sauce and infuse it with sweet caramelized pineapple for a little West Coast flair. It’s pure liquid gold.

Spiced Carolina Cider BBQ Sauce / Versatile, thin and with just enough kick; a sauce this perfect, we don’t mess with. We do heartily recommend you mop, dip, douse or drizzle your smoked meats with it.
